The parts on this aircraft, one page each
Each page says what the part has to do, which two or three features decide whether it works, what we hold them to and what we need from you to quote it properly.
Arm and boom clamps
The joint that holds the arm on. It has to grip a tube that is never the diameter the catalogue says, without crushing it, and come off again after a season in the weather.
OpenMotor mounts and bells
A plate with four holes that decides whether a motor runs cool and whether the replacement one sits the same way the first did.
OpenGimbal brackets and yokes
A small part with a hard job. The camera has to point where the controller says it is pointing, through vibration, while weighing as little as possible.
OpenEnclosures and housings
The parts that keep water, dust and spray away from electronics, and the place where most ingress ratings are lost before the gasket is even chosen.
OpenHeat sinks and cold plates
On a small aircraft there is no fan and every gram of heat sink is a gram not spent on battery, so thermal parts are a weight problem wearing a temperature problem as a disguise.
OpenLanding gear parts
The only structure on the aircraft designed around an event that should not happen. Normal landings are gentle. The design case is the arrival that was not.
OpenPlates and chassis
The parts that carry the stack, and the parts where aggressive weight saving turns into a plate that will not sit flat without being pulled flat by its own screws.
OpenHardware and quick release
The small turned and milled parts that make an aircraft serviceable, and the ones most likely to be bought off a shelf until the shelf stops carrying them.

Not on this list
Composites, sheet metal, castings, plating, moulding and electronics assembly are not done here. If a job needs them we place them with a partner and say so on the quote, priced openly rather than hidden in a line item.
If a whole assembly needs more of those than it needs machining, you are better off with a different supplier, and we will say that too.
We take commercial and civilian UAV work only. Survey and mapping, agriculture, inspection, cinema, logistics, research, education and hobby aircraft. We do not quote parts for weapons, munitions, targeting, electronic warfare or any military end use, and we decline the enquiry rather than pass it on.
Part not in the list?
Send it anyway. Most UAV hardware is some combination of the eight families above, and if it is genuinely outside what this shop should cut, we will tell you rather than quote it. Reply within 24 business hours.
